Peruvian White Habaneros are native to Peru. It's a beautiful and rare variety of chilli. It's amazing to see this plant covered with bullet-shaped pods. As the pods mature, they turn from lime green to a creamy white color. Their appearance resembles jelly beans. They are extremely hot and aromatic with a habanero taste. Not as hot as the bigger habaneros, but they still provide a powerful kick. Peruvian White Habanero would be great for hot sauces, salsas, and salads.
